WhatsApp is one of the vital Messengers used throughout the world. You can add it as a button to your Shorby Smart Page to let you contact anyone who clicks on the WhatsApp button.
You can insert common questions or special terms in predefined messages to make your customers want to ask you about anything important. Also, By clicking on the link, your customers will be able to send you a WhatsApp message without having to add your phone number to their contact list!
This tool can be used in two different ways:
1.Predefined messages inside of a WhatsApp button.
When you implement the text of a predefined message to your WhatsApp button, the text will appear inside of a WhatsApp chat.
To set predefined messages to WhatsApp button on Shorby, open the Buttons tab, choose the WhatsApp button and add a message you need. That's it!
A text can be edited or removed in WhatsApp by the one who is about to chat with you.
2. Predefined messages in a WhatsApp link.
You can generate a personalized WhatsApp link with pixels and a branded name.
To do so, link the Dashboard, click on the Create button, choose the Messenger Link and feel free to fill the graphs with WhatsApp information and a message you would like to set!
